Leader in Me Logo

At Western Line School District, we believe that every student possesses the potential to be a leader, a core philosophy we bring to life through the Leader in Me (LiM) framework. This K-12 initiative unifies our district culture by teaching students essential personal and academic habits that foster self-reliance, goal-setting, and effective collaboration.

Starting in the early grades, students develop leadership skills that are strategically embedded into our middle and high school experience, providing the foundation for our Portrait of a Graduate. By integrating these habits into our daily routines and new block schedules, we empower our students to take ownership of their learning, lead their peers with integrity, and graduate with the confidence to succeed in any path they choose.
